Leadership in Service of Peace, Cooperation, and Human Flourishing
The Global Community Transformation (GCT) leadership network brings together individuals entrusted with advancing the institution's mission, strategic direction, and long-term vision across five continents.
GCT exists to demonstrate that civilizations can work together, despite their differences, but through them. Leadership is not measured by authority, but by service, stewardship, and the ability to build lasting bridges between people, cultures, and nations.
The Global Community Transformation leadership network brings together individuals serving across governance, strategy, regional coordination, programme development, and institutional stewardship. Together, they contribute to advancing GCT's mission and GCT Vision 2036 across diverse regions, cultures, and communities.
The International Directorate supports institutional operations, programme development, communications, partnerships, membership growth, digital systems, and administrative coordination across the GCT-International Network.
GCT operates through five continental chapters, each led by a Continental Director responsible for regional coordination, institutional development, and the advancement of GCT's mission within their respective regions.
GCT is supported by an evolving network of senior advisors, subject-matter experts, cultural leaders, and distinguished partners who contribute guidance, expertise, and strategic insight across areas of institutional engagement.
Advisory appointments and special designations will be announced as they are formally confirmed.
The GCT Leadership Directory is maintained by the International Secretariat and updated periodically as appointments are confirmed. Leadership appointments are made through GCT's established governance procedures. For institutional enquiries, contact the Secretariat through the Contact page at www.gct-int.org
