Established in 2008, Global Community Transformation (GCT) serves as a platform for intercontinental engagement, bringing together institutions, leaders, communities, and partners from diverse cultural and geographic contexts.

Operating through the GCT-International Network, the institution works across Africa, Asia, Europe, the Americas, and Australia & Oceania to promote cooperation, mutual understanding, responsible leadership, and constructive engagement among societies.

Guided by GCT Vision 2036, GCT supports initiatives that contribute to peacebuilding, cultural understanding, leadership formation, environmental stewardship, community resilience, sustainable development, and long-term societal advancement.

Its approach recognises that lasting progress is strongest when built upon human dignity, cultural respect, ethical leadership, and shared responsibility across generations.

GCT Europe serves as the institutional home of GCT's European operations and hosts the GCT International Secretariat. Formally established in Norway as GCT Norge (Org. nr. 934 849 558), it provides the legal, administrative, and institutional foundation that supports coordination across the wider GCT network.
